Overview
The Department of Public Lands Rota District Office (RDO) is situated in the De'Ana Building in Songsong Village, Rota, and is staffed by four personnel: the Resident Director, a Land Claims Investigator, a Homestead Technician, and a Compliance Specialist.
The Rota District Office manages various responsibilities for the island of Rota, including the CNMI Village and Agricultural Homestead Program, temporary land use permits, long-term leases, land claims, public purpose land acquisition, conservation of natural resources, and other duties.
